Overview

Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our nine facilities in the US. Suncoast is well established in the Austin construction market and require an experienced Commercial Rebar Sales Manager to join our team.

As the Commercial Rebar Sales Manager for Suncoast Post-Tension, you drive the growth and estimating strategy for our rebar and concrete reinforcement product lines. Operating within the Keller framework of structural reinforcement and deep foundations, you will secure profitable rebar contracts by directly engaging with concrete contractors, general contractors, and developers. Your focus is on capturing market share in the commercial high-rise, multi-family, and industrial sectors, ensuring our fabricated reinforcement packages integrate seamlessly with Suncoast’s unbonded PT systems.

You are responsible for navigating the full commercial lifecycle of rebar projects, from pre-construction conceptual budgeting through final contract negotiation and detailing hand-off. You will lead a regional estimating team, analyze rebar tonnage and fabrication metrics, and align commercial pipeline goals with our local rebar fabrication capacities to ensure flawless, profitable project execution.

  • Identify, target, and secure competitive bids for commercial high-rise, multi-family slab-on-grade, and heavy structural concrete projects.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with structural engineers, architects, and field superintendents to establish Suncoast as a preferred, early-stage reinforcement partner.
