Keller is looking for a Recieving Specialist based out of our Chicago, Illinois office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure receiving transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner to support timely costing and invoice matching
  • Actively monitor the mailboxes and folders where delivery notes and packing slips are submitted from project sites and enter them into the ERP system
  • Ensure rejected / incorrect deliveries are correctly recorded in the ERP
  • Identify the associated PO line item and match the delivery note or packing slip to the appropriate PO line item

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process delivery notes and packing slips within an ERP system.
  • Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery documentation.
  • Understanding of basic purchase order structure, including line items, quantities, and units of measure.
  • Microsoft Excel or similar skills for tracking outstanding receipts and reporting.
  • 12–18 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in Accounts Payable, procurement support, or project-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, including the relationship between purchase orders, receiving records, and supplier invoices.
  • Familiarity with three-way matching principles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE   

 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
