We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to work full-time on site in Atlasburg, PA office.

 

Keller is seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to support the daily operations of our geotechnical shop. The successful candidate will assist the Office Coordinator in ensuring that all inventory and equipment paperwork needs of the shop are met and followed up on. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and organization of this office's supply chain, inventory management, and overall office operation.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Office Coordinator with administrative tasks, ensuring that all operational demands of the shop are efficiently managed.
  • Supply Management: Order, Maintain, and organize shop supplies to ensure that all necessary materials are available and properly stored.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Prepare paperwork and verify all materials are ready for shipment and ensure proper receipt and documentation of incoming equipment and supplies.
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll for the shop employees.
  • Safety Compliance: Abide by and enforce all company safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the Office Coordinator to support shop operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses: Clean driver's license is required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience: Prior experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience.

 

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
